What is SoloShift?
SoloShift is a career platform from Datasphere Dynamics Limited with two separate products: Shift Into Data, for people moving into a data role, and Go Independent, for experienced technology professionals moving into freelance, contract or consulting work. Each has its own assessment, plan and tools, and both share one account.
Which product is right for me?
Choose Shift Into Data if you want a data role and are coming from a non-technical or adjacent background. Choose Go Independent if you already work in technology and want to freelance, contract or consult. Neither is a step towards the other, and you can use either or both.
What can I do for free?
Each product’s readiness assessment is free, with your score, category breakdown and top three strengths and gaps, and no card is needed. The complete UK and Ireland country guides are free too. Personalised roadmaps and SoloShift CoWork are part of paid plans, and the pricing page lists what each one includes.
Can I try SoloShift before signing up?
Yes. The sample workspace shows the product with invented data, including a Career Plan, applications, interview practice and CoWork, and it needs no account.
What is SoloShift CoWork?
SoloShift CoWork is AI guidance personalised to your assessment, plan and goals. Use it to plan your next step and review your positioning, applications and interview preparation. It is guidance, not a human mentor, and it is part of the Professional plan and above.
Will SoloShift find me a job or clients?
No. SoloShift does not find jobs or clients for you, and it cannot promise work, offers or income. It helps you see where you stand, close your gaps and plan your own next steps. Nothing in SoloShift is legal, tax or financial advice.
What happens to my data?
Your work is saved to your account. You can download your data or close your account from Settings, and closing it removes everything you have created in SoloShift.
